根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)陸路交通國(guó)際條約規(guī)定，國(guó)際駕照需與本國(guó)駕照同時(shí)使用方可有效，我們?yōu)殚w下提供了兩種申請(qǐng)方式，供閣下參考。
以上無(wú)論是A還是B兩種申請(qǐng)方式，我們都能為其辦理出來(lái)由美國(guó)官方IAA國(guó)際汽車(chē)聯(lián)合會(huì)簽發(fā)的國(guó)際駕照，其作用都是一致的，都可以在聯(lián)合國(guó)陸路交通國(guó)際公約簽字的180多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)使用，由于中國(guó)非聯(lián)合國(guó)交通公約締約國(guó)，因此，用A種方式申請(qǐng)出來(lái)的國(guó)際駕照在國(guó)際上，有時(shí)會(huì)被一些國(guó)家所排斥，反而，中國(guó)香港在英國(guó)管制時(shí)期就已經(jīng)是締約國(guó)了，而且在聯(lián)合國(guó)陸路交通國(guó)際公約中簽了字，香港回歸后仍然在執(zhí)行當(dāng)時(shí)的政策，所以用B種方式申請(qǐng)出來(lái)的國(guó)際駕照會(huì)更加權(quán)威。
因此，我們建議閣下在辦理國(guó)際駕照的同時(shí)，要仔細(xì)閱讀網(wǎng)站上有關(guān)國(guó)際駕照的相關(guān)事宜在下決議，然后，在選擇何種方式辦理，如果，閣下選擇用B種方式辦理國(guó)際駕照，可先為閣下用中國(guó)駕照申請(qǐng)香港駕照，然后再用中國(guó)香港駕照為其辦理國(guó)際駕照，雖然多花了一份香港駕照的申請(qǐng)費(fèi)用，但是此種申請(qǐng)方式會(huì)更加權(quán)威。
二、誰(shuí)有權(quán)頒發(fā)國(guó)際駕照？
全世界國(guó)際駕照有數(shù)百種，比較知名的頒發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)有
美國(guó)：AAA,NAC
加拿大：CAA
英國(guó)：AA,RAC
新西蘭：AA
以上所有機(jī)構(gòu)均為該國(guó)汽車(chē)協(xié)會(huì)及汽車(chē)聯(lián)合會(huì)等，且只能頒發(fā)國(guó)際駕照給該國(guó)公民和居民，中國(guó)駕駛?cè)藷o(wú)從申請(qǐng)。
那是不是除了以上機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的國(guó)際駕照外，其他機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的國(guó)際駕照都是非法的呢？答案顯然是否定的。世界上沒(méi)有任何一個(gè)國(guó)家有任何一條法律判定此類(lèi)國(guó)際駕照為非法證件，中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上關(guān)于此類(lèi)駕照為非法駕照的種種非議都源于一個(gè)始作俑者——一個(gè)太平洋小島上的英文翻譯，因?yàn)榇巳艘u(mài)他的所謂英文翻譯件。
三、國(guó)際駕照如何使用，能否單獨(dú)使用？
國(guó)際駕照是您本國(guó)駕照的翻譯件，不能單獨(dú)駕車(chē)。
世界上數(shù)百種國(guó)際駕照沒(méi)有任何一種能賦予你單獨(dú)駕車(chē)的權(quán)利，必須與你的本國(guó)駕照一起使用。
四、中國(guó)非聯(lián)合國(guó)交通公約締約國(guó)，中國(guó)駕照能否申請(qǐng)到真正的國(guó)際駕照？
能，我們就能為您申請(qǐng)到真正的國(guó)際駕照。我們?yōu)槟暾?qǐng)的國(guó)際駕照，您可以配合您的中國(guó)駕照一起，在世界上一百多個(gè)國(guó)家駕車(chē)。
如何判定一個(gè)國(guó)際駕照的真與假？首先，頒發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)在所在國(guó)是合法機(jī)構(gòu)；其次，其國(guó)際駕照要被使用國(guó)所認(rèn)可；第三，所提供駕駛?cè)说男畔⒈仨氄鎸?shí)、準(zhǔn)確。

聯(lián)合國(guó)交通公約1968版第41條第二款明確表示：
2.Contracting parties shall recognize:
c)Any International Permit conforming to the provisions of Annex 7 to this convention;

INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT
1.The permit shall be a booklet in format A 6 (148 x 105 mm). The cover shall
be grey and the inside pages white.
2. The outside and inside of the front cover shall conform, respectively, to
model pages Nos. 1 and 2 below; they shall be printed in the national language, or in at least one of the national languages, of the issuing State. The last two inside pages shall be facing pages conforming to model No. 3 below; they shall be printed in French. The inside pages preceding these two pages shall repeat the first of them in several languages, which must include English, Russian and Spanish.
3. Handwritten or typed entries made on the permit shall be in Latin characters or in English cursive script.
4. Contracting Parties issuing or authorizing the issuance of international driving permits of which the cover is printed in a language other than English, French, Russian or Spanish shall communicate to the Secretary-General of the United Nations the translation into that language of the text of model page No. 3 below.
